Through her personal story of struggling with body image and identity, Tiffany Dawn brings a message of freedom from an insatiable quest for beauty. Using a musical seminar, a book broken into "coffee dates" instead of "chapters," and a CD of songs written along her own journey, Tiffany takes a multimedia approach to effectively engaging this generation. She both motivates and provides practical tools to help others overcome our culture's obsession with perfection.
John A. Martin, President of Roberts Wesleyan College, put it this way: "Using both music and the compelling, self-revealing story of her personal struggle and growth to overcome the need for perfection and beauty, Tiffany connects powerfully with her generation. She is a voice that needs to be heard by both women and men."

INCREDIBLE!!!! your book has opened my eyes to so many things that i needed an extra push in! i love your book so much that i'm actually reading it a second time through. God is definitely using you in a HUGE way! i've always struggled with self-image; more so in i was super self negative but i wasn't so much obsessed with beauty itself. however, like you, i just wanted to be liked. to be accepted. to be loved. reading this book has given me the extra push to let it all go! God truly is captivated by me, His daughter. who would've thought?! i'm ten billion times more confident - because i whole-heartedly rely on God. I am so thankful to have met you and to have had the opportunity to read your book and listen to your cd! your songs keep touching my heart - it's like the words i've been unable to speak. keep doing what you're doing! keep on following God's lead - He is already using you in a BIG way and a very needed one!! i look forward to our real coffee date when you come back

When I finished chapters 1 & 2, I felt like I was reading my own life biography. I didn't want to put the book down! Tiffany's realness, vulnerability and raw thoughts are comforting and powerful. When you are struggling with something so deeply seeded within yourself, it is hard to let go or open up to others to ask for help. I know I am a Child of God, and He has positioned me in His perfect timing to read this book now because He wanted me to know 3 things: I am not alone, don't give up, and His love is greater than all the problems we will face here on earth. I now know that I don't have to hold onto this struggle one more year. I can let go, heal and be free. Thank you Tiffany for being willing to share your intimate thoughts and struggles with the world. I pray and know that this is going to impact and help many women across the world.
